He enjoys being outdoors, traveling with his family, being on the water, and playing an occasional round of golf. He has helped establish Stemle & Associates as a strong company with rich history and knowledge. Adam executed the final phase in the succession plan and purchased the company in 2012. Adam believes our people, team, and vendors make the difference. He encourages our team to strive to provide the best service and sales experience in the industry with the best products offered.

Steve StemleSteve Stemle – (Vice President) Steve founded Stemle & Associates, Inc. in 1992.  With a total of over 36 years of leadership experience in the furniture industry, Steve offers a solid foundation for the company. His knowledge and guidance is irreplaceable. The Brescia University graduate started in the industry at National Office Furniture. For 16 years Steve was primarily in upper management in Sales and Marketing. Steve has a strong work ethic and drive for success. However, he still understands the importance of building personal relationships with his dealers and manufacturers. Steve has filled many roles during his life including Veteran, Entrepreneur, Husband, Father, and Grandfather.

Dan Hamilton – (Sales Associate) Dan, our loyal sales associate, has been with Stemle & Associates for over 15 years! He has worked as a dealer rep for 17 years and has been in the commercial furniture business for 31 years. With his experience, Dan understands the process to complete a sale with integrity and proper products for a successful customer experience. He specializes in solutions for your office customers’ needs and backs it with service and support by being reachable and quick to respond to your needs. Dan covers the majority of our Central and Northern Ohio Territory. In addition to being a loving husband and proud grandpa, Dan is a fearless traveler in all weather and road conditions.

Mitzi Rouse

Mitzi Rouse – (Sales Associate) For over 4 years at Stemle & Associates and over 20 years in sales, Mitzi covers our Eastern Tennessee territory. Her fun-loving disposition, passionate personality, and smiling face is always visible. Born and raised in Tennessee, Mitzi exudes southern charm from the get go. Her nonstop speed and hard work is invaluable to her customers and our team. Mitzi enjoys the dynamic furniture industry. She appreciates the standard products but is also enthusiastic for new product introductions. Family-oriented and charismatic, Mitzi’s love for life, the ocean, and the furniture industry is contagious!

Deb Wirtz

Deb Wirtz – (Sales Associate) Deb has now been with Stemle & Associates for about 2 years! With 24 years’ experience in the sales field, Deb offers a refreshing take on the furniture industry. Deb covers our North Eastern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and Northern West Virginia territory. She is originally from Wisconsin. Deb enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and spending time with her husband and son. She has been eager to jump right in to the fast-paced environment of Stemles and is looking forward to moving full steam ahead!

Jenny Hardison  (Sales Associate) Jenny has been with the Stemle team for 1 year and is covering our Southern Ohio territory. Having worked on both the dealer and manufacturers rep side for the past 15 years, she is no stranger to the furniture industry.  Jenny knows what it takes to keep people happy.   Her fun, loving, and energetic personality makes her easy to get along with.  On the weekends you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 4 children.  Being a mother and having a couple of marathons under her belt, she knows what it takes to work hard, persevere, and not give up.  She is willing to go the distance to help you with your furniture needs.

Michael Sorley– (Sales Associate) Our newest addition to the Stemle team is covering the Western Tennessee territory. He is returning to Nashville where he was first introduced to Contract Furniture. With over 20 years of experience in Contract Furniture as a rep and as senior sales leadership, Michael knows that it takes teamwork and support to succeed. His energetic and friendly personality make it easy for him to build lasting beneficial relationships with others. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, 5 children, singing, golfing, and traveling.

Tonya Sander

Tonya Sander – (Office Manager) Tonya has been with Stemle & Associates for a little over two decades! She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Business Administration emphasizing in Finance, Marketing, and Office Information Systems. Tonya has extensive knowledge on all current product along with years of experience dealing with any and all furniture issues. She is efficient in 20/20 Giza, drawings, and specifications. Tonya is a problem solver with a charismatic personality that has established long-lasting relationships at Stemle’s during her many years here!

Kelly Hochgesang

Kelly Hochgesang – (Sales Coordinator) Kelly is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Business Management and a Minor in Accounting. She has been an important member of the Stemle sales support team for the past 5 years. Kelly is the key contact covering our Corporate Office email. She oversees the handling of all purchase orders in a timely manner to keep orders running smoothly! She has a diligent work ethic. She is especially efficient when it comes to pricing for quotes and bids or parts and warranty requests. Kelly is an extremely organized individual, pro multi-tasker, and her attention to every last detail makes her invaluable to Stemle & Associates, Inc.!

Leslie Kiesling

Leslie Kiesling – (Sales Coordinator) With a total of 8 years of working with Stemle & Associates, Inc., Leslie is one of our Sales Coordinators in the office. A graduate of Harrison College, with a Bachelor degree in Business Management and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. Leslie has excelled at many roles for Stemle’s including Outside Sales Associate as well as Inside Sales Support. The multiple positions she has held here, has helped her gain an understanding of the complete business. She provides support to the sales reps with sample inquiries and aids in pricing and customer support. Leslie is a hard worker, fast talker, logical thinker, and is always making an effort to do the best possible job!

Grace StemleGrace Stemle – (Accounts Payable/Sales Support) With over 20 plus years of providing office support for Stemle & Associates, Grace has been an essential key to the internal support of the business from the start up. She has enjoyed being a part of the ever-changing industry of furniture and has embraced the technological and manufacturing changes throughout the years, going above and beyond to adapt. Grace has been a strong advocate of the tireless work ethic of Steve and Adam and their drive for continuing the success of their business. Originally from Saginaw, Michigan, Grace has developed a fondness of Southern Indiana and the Ohio River. She is a loving and devoted grandma to her grandkids and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
